4 tips to avoid getting drunk wasted

Maybe a wedding, a gathering with friends hangging out, or your particular extasis of a beer or scotch might hurt you tomorrow if you don´t have caution.
Alcohol is among other substances as most addictive, less social complex in consumption and more easily consume by young people that shouldn´t be drinking. In any case, if you are going out to party you know that tomorrow is your finals maybe you should consider doing some of our tips below to avoid a heavy hang over.
1 - Kitchen oil. Sounds silly and when my grand father give me this advice I though he was joking. From my own experience this works just fine. Just take a spoon of oil and drink an hour before you are going out. Oil will cover inside wall of your stomach and prevent alochol absortion.
2 - Eat something. Most people get wasted at party because they don´t eat anything before. That is because people are so caught up with their own image and looks that they forgot to eat something to avoid a public humiliation. Please, before entring to the party go by a junk food restaurant. Their food have lots amount of fat and fat will also absorve all alcohol you might consume.
3 - Start drinking water. At your first time at party tonight remember that you will dehidratate just from walking. If you are expecting a night to make history then probably ask the barman for a glass of water, just to take initial thirst so we can move along with this party.
4 - Don´t obsess. Even though this is not a tipical advice but you a girl/boy you like is not checking you out don´t get desperate by them. Remember you are the party and you make your own party so don´t get nostalgic, chances are it is going to be a great night for you.
